Hello everyone,
Today, I’d like to share my journey of discovering my passion after years of searching.
The key to my discovery was focusing on identifying my core values and recognizing the activities I truly enjoyed.
To uncover my core values, I simply listed what mattered most to me: freedom, health, and education.
Realizing that freedom was my top value was pivotal. I almost made the mistake of prioritizing money over my passion. For instance, my partner suggested I become a real estate agent for financial freedom. However, I quickly realized that the demanding nature of the job would limit my freedom. Instead of pursuing it, I chose to prioritize my value of freedom over monetary gain.
As for the activities I enjoyed, I found great satisfaction in studying personal growth topics. Whether it was in the morning, during meals, or in my spare time, I immersed myself in personal development materials.
Additionally, I discovered the joy of offering advice to friends facing challenges. For example, when a friend struggled with occasional depression, sharing my knowledge proved helpful to him. It was a deeply fulfilling experience and reaffirmed my purpose.
Lastly, my passion for ice and inline hockey always brought me immense happiness. I began organizing inline hockey games on Sundays for over seven years and volunteered to teach friends, which was equally rewarding.
Through exploration, I realized that an online business aligned perfectly with my value of freedom, especially within the realm of personal development.
Recognizing my core values and the activities I enjoyed most ultimately led me to discover my passion and purpose in life.
I’d love to hear how you all discovered your passions and purposes.
