For instance, today, I decided I wanted to make others feel better. So, I did some simple things like sending uplifting quotes to my friends to brighten their day. I also let another car go ahead of me in traffic, which not only made the other driver feel good but also lifted my own mood.

Moreover, I’ve been thinking about who I want to be in my life. And I’ve realized that we can actively shape our identities instead of just accepting them passively.
