End the Excuse: Stop Doing What Hurts You

Don’t waste time with “But” or “However.” There’s no excuse—just stop. Haven’t you had enough regret? Stop doing things that make you feel ashamed or guilty. Instead, focus on what makes you stronger.

For example, I used to drink alcohol with excuses like rewarding myself, celebrating, or justifying that I deserve it. But this is dangerous because it encourages you to keep doing the wrong things.

Be honest with yourself about what you truly need and want. As you stop lying to yourself, your mind will clear, and your life will become simpler and less complicated. You’ll grow stronger, less bitter, and move confidently into the future. You’ll stop making life unnecessarily difficult and find peace.

If everyone did this, the world might become a better place.
Always strive to be your best.
