How I Lifted Myself Up When I Felt Down

Last week, I was feeling flat, irritated, and annoyed.

So I asked myself a couple of simple questions:

How do I feel right now?

What’s affecting me?

When I looked back at my routine, I realised I hadn’t written my gratitude list for a few days, and I also hadn’t connected with others.

Those were the missing pieces.

So, I took action straight away.

It took only three minutes to write down things I was truly grateful for, and I spent time with positive people.

These small actions completely shifted my feelings and energy.

I felt grateful, connected, and alive again. 😀
