How Waking Up at 5 am Changed My Life

I’ve been waking up around 5 am since 2019, and being consistent with it has changed so many things for me.

When I asked myself, “Why does this actually work?”

The answer was simple.

“Because you focus on what matters in the morning.”

“And you stop wasting energy at night.”

Since I want to wake up early, I go to bed early too.

That means less TV and more rest.

Because of this routine, I’ve written over 80 blog articles, I exercise six times a week, and my energy stays steady throughout the day.

After exercise, unnecessary thoughts fade away, and I feel lighter.

Eating breakfast also became a habit, and that keeps me fuelled.

Waking up early consistently created momentum.

Momentum gave me more energy.

And with more energy, I enjoy my life so much more. 😊
