“What’s your intention for today?”

This simple question helps me feel strong and in control of my emotions.

Today, my intention is to set healthy boundaries.

If someone annoys me or brings negative energy, I remind myself quietly,

You can’t control how I feel. This is my mind. I’m in a good mood, and I won’t let irritation take over.”

No one decides how I feel. I do.😉

I feel strong, grounded, and clear.
