My intention today is to focus on the here and now.
I can’t change the past. It’s already gone, and it’s not worth wasting my energy thinking about it.
The future hasn’t arrived yet, so I don’t want to assume what might happen. Most of the time, what I imagine never happens the way I think anyway.
So I choose to focus on what’s here, right now.
The blue sky.
The trees.
A dog passing by.
Bird sounds.
The feeling of the ground under my feet.
When I come back to the present moment, my mind becomes clear.
The fog lifts.
Gratitude shows up.
And I can actually enjoy my life as it is, right now.![]()
