I didn’t really know
what I was good at,
what my limitations were,
how my thoughts and behaviours worked,
or what influenced me to do things right or wrong.
I used to ask myself, “Why am I like this?”
but I didn’t have the answers.
Since I started journaling with more awareness and studying my past experiences and life events, things have changed.
I’ve begun to see the difference between my reality and my desires.
I’ve learned what genuinely makes me happy,
what I’m capable of,
and what my limits are.
And strangely, knowing my limits brought relief.
Less pressure.
Less stress.
I feel lighter now.
More grounded.
More honest with myself.
Sometimes self-awareness isn’t about fixing yourself,
it’s about finally understanding yourself.![]()
