What Are You Doing to Enjoy Your Life?

When I have something interesting to focus on, I feel more motivated, healthier, and happier.

Instead of spending money on things that don’t really add much to my life, I choose things that give me something to look forward to.

For example, I’ve started learning Muay Thai. I’m investing my time and money in learning something new, and it gives me so much joy and something to look forward to.

For me, the point isn’t just to spend money. It’s to choose something that is good for me and makes my life more enjoyable.

I’ve also realised that personal development isn’t just about learning. It’s about making small choices that improve my everyday life.

I want to keep asking myself:

What do I have?
What can I do now?
What can I change?

There are so many things I can still learn, from psychology and photography to painting, sport, and so many other interests.

Life feels more enjoyable when I stay curious and keep discovering new things.

I choose to focus on what I have, what I can do now, and what I can change.
