My Secret to Immediate Happiness

I would like to share one of my secrets to boost my mood.

Occasionally, anxiety and depression come to me. My solution is to right away substitute those negative feelings with positive new feelings by saying, ‘I feel calm, peaceful, great, awesome, and grateful for what I’ve got and done in my life so far.’

I keep telling myself these positive thoughts and feelings. I have only one life, and this moment won’t come back, so I am determined to be happy now.

It works very well for me; I feel much better and have a smile on my face.

This is one of my secrets to feeling great immediately.
