I want to share something that has helped me stay focused and positive each day.
It’s very simple. I ask myself a few questions in the morning and a few at night.
In the morning, I ask myself
- What is one intention for today
- What can I appreciate right now
- What is one result I want today
- What is one action that will help me move forward
These questions give me purpose and direction before my day even starts.
In the evening, I ask myself
- What did I do well today
- What did I learn
- What do I want to repeat tomorrow
Small questions, asked consistently, truly shape the way I show up each day.
