Simple Questions That Give Me Direction

I want to share something that has helped me stay focused and positive each day.
It’s very simple. I ask myself a few questions in the morning and a few at night.

In the morning, I ask myself

  • What is one intention for today
  • What can I appreciate right now
  • What is one result I want today
  • What is one action that will help me move forward

These questions give me purpose and direction before my day even starts.

In the evening, I ask myself

  • What did I do well today
  • What did I learn
  • What do I want to repeat tomorrow

Small questions, asked consistently, truly shape the way I show up each day.
