It’s a very simple tool, but it shifts my mood really well.

I’ve noticed that on days I feel low, it’s often because I didn’t write down what I appreciate or feel grateful for.

When I do write it down, my mood changes. I feel lighter and happier.

Such a small habit, but it makes a big difference for me.😊
